RESERVATION INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of $800 CAD is required at time of booking to secure a space.  It can be paid by cheque or credit card.  An invoice, detailed pre-departure information, “what to bring” information and a personalized itinerary will be provided.  Balance is due 70 days prior to the trip departure. Prices quoted are based on “twin share” travelling and a single supplement option is also available.

CANCELLATION

Land cancellation fees (days prior to departure): 70 days or more – $800 CAD non-refundable deposit; 0 to 70 days – 100% of land cost is non-refundable.  No refunds on no-shows or unused portions of trips.  All prepaid airfare is subject to current airline and ticket cancellation policies.  See invoice for details.  We understand that personal circumstances sometimes force women to cancel their travel plans.  Therefore, we have tried to be as generous as possible with the following cancellation policy: If we can fill your spot, your deposit and final payment will be refunded less a $350 admin fee.  We highly recommend Cancellation/Interruption Insurance for your protection.

WHAT IF ERAWAN TRAVEL CANCELS THE TRIP?

If that happens, we would cancel the trip prior to the final payment and your deposit would be fully refunded. We’re happy to share with you that we have never cancelled a departure.

HOTELS IN BALI

Although we have long term relationships with the hotels we use, it may be necessary to change hotels prior to arrival.  If that happens, Erawan Travel reserves the right to do so and will always substitute a hotel with equal standards.

PASSPORTS

All participants are required to have a valid passport that must be valid for 6 months beyond the completion of the trip, and must have sufficient blank pages for all necessary entry/exit stamps.

GROUP HARMONY

To ensure the desired group synergy, Erawan Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the best interests of the group. All subsequent expenses will be borne by the passenger.
